Welcome to Eco Wood Rings. We create and sell jewellery and accessories subject to the following conditions:

Current Offers
Details, Terms & Conditions of any offers, discounts or promotions being run by Eco Wood Rings are subject to change and variation with each offer.

Current Offer  - Spring 2024: 'Sign up to our newsletter and be entered into our monthly prize draw.'
Each month one lucky sign-up will be selected at random to receive a £100 Eco Wood Rings Voucher code to put towards their dream forever ring. 

• Monthly Prize - A Single use £100 Voucher Code Valid for 3 months.
• All sign-ups within the month will automatically be entered into the draw for that month.
• Winners will be notified at the start of the following month by email from hello@ecowoodrings.com and in no other way. 

Design and Colour Variation
All of our designs are handmade from natural materials and therefore no two rings will ever be the same, due to colour, tone and grain variations between the materials used. This variation is part of the charm of hand-worked and natural materials, and ensures that you will be purchasing a truly unique ring. All photos on the website are indicative only and are not of the exact ring that you will receive, unless stated for some In Stock rings.

Prices
Prices do change occasionally and are not confirmed until the order has been finalised. All quotes for bespoke orders are valid for four weeks. Orders are only passed on to the workshop for production once full payment has been received. All prices include delivery (except for orders containing ring boxes or balms only). 

Shipping and Handling
Once we have received payment, it will take between 6-8 weeks until your rings are ready, subject to availability of the chosen materials. This may be slightly longer for orders placed at peak times, although it can be quicker too. We will always do our utmost to bring your rings to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality and care. For urgent orders, we offer a priority production service which can reduce that time to 1-3 weeks (and currently costs £100).

VAT
For orders destined for the UK, (20%) VAT is included in the price. For all international orders, no VAT will be charged, although comparable import taxes/duties/fees could apply on arrival, which are always the customer's responsibility.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your wood ring. For all made-to-order rings, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and we are also unable to accept returns. Please therefore choose your ring carefully, especially the size. If for any reason your ring doesn't fit, in some circumstances we can attempt to resize it for you (for bentwood and some metal rings with wood inlays only, it's not possible to resize carbon fibre rings, some metal rings or bentwood rings with metal liners), although this can normally be by a maximum of one whole size up or down. The current price for this service is £80 for a bentwood ring, or £100 for a metal ring with wood inlay. Please check whether your ring can be resized before ordering if this is a concern. If the size of the ring is out by a greater amount than that, or if you have ordered a carbon fibre and wood ring, or another type of ring that cannot be resized, then we offer to take back the original ring and to remake the ring for you in the correct size at a heavily discounted price.

For In Stock rings, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you would like to return the ring/s. If you then return the ring/s to us within 14 days of notifying us we will either issue a full credit towards your forever ring, or a refund, as preferred.

Defective goods may be returned for exchange, provided that they are returned to us within 15 working days of receipt, unworn and in their original packaging.
No returns are accepted without our prior authorisation by email.

Payment
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, as well as by bank transfer. In Stock rings and rings from our pre-designed Collections can be purchased direct through the website. For custom designs you will be sent an invoice for your order with payment instructions. We do require payment in full before commencing with orders.

Our Privacy Pledge
It is our policy to respect your internet privacy. Eco Wood Rings does not sell its customer lists to any third party organisations. Please advise us if you would like to opt out of occasional future email messages from Eco Wood Rings.

E-mail Communications
When visiting www.ecowoodrings.com or sending emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

Trademarks & Copyright
“Eco Wood Rings” is a trade name and may be used solely by our authorised licensees. Any unauthorised use of this name is not permitted.

Design Copyright
All of our rings are original designs and are subject to copyright law. Copies of any such copyright-protected designs may not be made without our express written permission.

Website Copyright
All images and text on our website are copyright. They may not be reproduced without our express written permission. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Eco Wood Rings and is protected by copyright law. All software on this site is the property of Eco Wood Rings or its suppliers and is protected by copyright law.

Site Access
Eco Wood Rings grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this site. You must not download (other than printed pages for personal reference) or make commercial use of or modify it, or any part of it, except with our express written permission.
